How do I add Greek language support for The music theme and Google Fonts.

Adding Greek support for the music theme is quite easy and can be done in afew steps.

First of all it’s important to remember that not all fonts supports Greek characters. so the first step is searching for fonts that supports the greek character set.

Luckily for us, the Google fonts site here will assist us in filtering for the fonts supported.

Once you’ve selected a font that will support greek, you need to locate the custom-functions.php file in the includes folder. Around line 630 you will find the following lines:

<link href="http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=<?php echo $thevfont; ?>&v2" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css">
	<link href="http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=&lt?php echo $thesfont; ?>&v2" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css">

you need ot change the lines to the following:

<link href="http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=<?php echo $thevfont; ?>&subset=latin,greek-ext,greek" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css">
	<link href="http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=&lt?php echo $thesfont; ?>&subset=latin,greek-ext,greek" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css">

you can now save the file and the greek alphabet will display in your theme.
