Utilising the science of EPOC training, 38x Fitness leading coaches guide, motivate and push you through a series of short intensity bursts, aimed at elevating your heart rate to periods of 85%+ of maximum heart rate.
Individual heart rate monitors connected to centralised screens allow each user to keep track of their effort, while head coaches ensure individuals are training to their potential each and every time.
